Q. Can I extend the Warranty period?
A. Although you have already chosen a vehicle from an established and trusted company, extending the Warranty period can give you extra "peace of mind" knowing that it's covered. We can provide a no-commitment illustration when you collect your vehicle with no pressure to extend.

Q. Why do you offer AA Warranty?
A. Having researched what's available, Pioneer Automotive took the decision to only offer Warranties from the AA. We believe this offers the most comprehensive cover and reliable level of service provided by a Brand name you can trust, all of which complements our strong belief in how we operate.

Q. What are the additional options?
A. The Turbo for Diesel vehicles and the 4x4 option (for cars eg Audi Quattro and Subaru Forrester) are already included. HERE and HERE.

Q. Does the Warranty include AA Membership?
A. Whilst the Warranty doesn't include AA Membership there are significant additional benefits such as Hotel Accomodation, car hire, rail fare and recovery, full details HERE.

Q. Is the Warranty transferable if I sell the car?
A. Subject to certain conditions, Yes the vehicle can be sold and the Warranty transferred - this should make your car 'stand out from the crowd' when it's time to sell - further details HERE.

Q. Do I need to have the servicing done at a Main Dealer?
A. No, servicing should preferably be carried out in accordance with the Manufacturer's recommended service schedule but it needn't be at a Main Dealer. Further details HERE.

Q. Can I pay for an extended warranty in instalments?
A. Sorry, nice try! But the payment must be made with the purchase of a vehicle.

Q. Am I covered for Continental Europe?
A. Absolutely - in mainland Europe and Eire for trips up to 60 consecutive days. full details HERE.

Q. Does this affect the existing manufacturers warranty
A. The manufacturer's warranty is not affected and we can time the
AA Warranty to start as the Manufacturer's warranty finishes.
