Q. Can I get the vehicle inspected before I buy?
A. Pioneer Approved vehicles already come with a fully independent RAC
Inspection carried out by one of their engineers. The inspection report
is available to view at any time.

Q. Has the car got tax, and can you tax it for me?
A. Our vehicles do not generally include tax (Road Fund License). When you call us to arrange collection please ask us if we can tax the vehicle. We will need an insurance document
and can assist by providing you free NORWICH UNION Comprehensive Insurance cover for seven days,
more details
here. The cost of Road Fund License (Road Tax) will be added to your invoice
for payment on collection.

Q. Has the cambelt been changed?
A. The vehicles we offer for sale will almost certainly have been maintained to the manufacturers guidelines regardless of cost. If the manufacturer states that a cambelt should be changed at a certain service it will almost certainly have been done. If we have firm evidence that it has been then this will be stated in the description.

Q. Does the vehicle have an MOT?
A. Yes. All our vehicles come with a long current MOT.

Q. Does the vehicle have a service history?
A. Yes. The details will be included within both the brief and the full descriptions. The service history will be detailed in the stamped service record book or on a service history printout
report, this is stated in the description. A Service History Printout is produced by a Lease Company to confirm that the maintenance schedule has been adhered to and any additional work undertaken (cambelt changed,
tyres etc).

Q. Does the car come with a warranty?
A. YES, our vehicles come complete with a top of the range AA Five Star Dealer
Care Extended Guarantee from AA Warranty or the balance of the Audi
Manufacturer's 3 year/60000 mile Warranty. The guarantee from AA
Warranty can be upgraded as an option right up to three years all inclusive at the time of purchase.
There is no pressure to upgrade - we simply offer it as an option. This
Extended Guarantee is transferable to a new owner if you sell within the warranty period.

Q. Is the vehicle 'HPI clear'?
A. Yes. All our vehicles are checked by either HPI or Experian. ‘Clear’ refers to a report where there are no entries in any section – such as mileage discrepancy, outstanding finance or major accident damage. Please ask at the time you collect your vehicle and we will be pleased to explain the report in more detail.

Q. Where do you source your cars?
A. Our vehicles are individually selected from a number of sources, the majority come from
approved sources whereby the vehicles are generally one owner/driver
vehicles with excellent pedigree. This generally ensures that the vehicle will have been fully and regularly serviced exactly to the manufacturers specifications.

Q. Will you take my current car in part exchange?
A.
YES; We will always take part exchanges against our vehicles. Although,
clearly you will almost certainly get a better price selling it privately,
but this can take time.
