Q. Can I trust Pioneer?
A. Trust has to be earned and whether you place trust in us has to be
your decision, based on the evidence provided here and from the
conversations you have had with us. We firmly believe in maintaining
consistently high standards for accuracy, professionalism and integrity,
borne out by the experience of more than 1000 previous customers.
Our aim is to offer something different - with hand selected vehicles, fully RAC checked, with an Audi or Guarantee from AA Warranty and offered at well below forecourt prices. Together with the extensive descriptions and vast array of photographs for which Pioneer have become known, you can have confidence and peace of mind knowing you're purchasing a great car from a reputable source.
Buying your new Audi, though, is about more than just the car - a
straight forward and friendly approach is an area where Pioneer's enviable
reputation and loyal customer base have been built.

A. Actually we're neither.

Q. Where are you based?
A. We’re based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Location
here. We are served by great communications links, both road and
rail (we're actually on the Rail Station). We’re on the main train line between Birmingham and Bristol with cheap one-way flights
available to both Birmingham and Bristol airports.
We’re based in an 5,500 square foot facility with the vehicles totally undercover.
In addition to the showroom area, other parts of the facility are dedicated to offices, engineering and inspection, valeting
and storage.

Q. What do I say to my friends who think I've lost my marbles
buying something I haven't seen?
A. Their reaction is understandable - and whatever you say they'll remain sceptical.
That is....until you show up in your new car, tell them it was exactly
as described, the transaction was friendly and easy with no "point of
sale" pressure, and best of all you saved a bundle on what you would
have had to pay from a traditional retailer or franchised Audi dealer.

Q. Can you give me more advice on buying a pre-owned vehicle?
A. Buying a vehicle is probably the second largest expenditure most of us will make so it’s important to do the research and get it right.
Buying a vehicle is not just about the cheapest purchase price – it’s about getting the best deal and the peace of mind that comes with buying from an established and reputable source, ensuring you know exactly what you’re getting with no nasty surprises!
If you buy a vehicle privately you have precious little legal protection
from unscrupulous sellers.
If you were to buy a vehicle at an auction this is also classed as ‘trade’ basis, and you accept all the risk associated with buying a car essentially unseen (except for the 30 seconds as it enters).
Purchasing a car from Pioneer you can rest assured that before we offer
it for sale we’ve assessed it, test driven it, addressed any
shortcomings in the vehicle, given it a full valet and actually pointed
out any blemishes or faults so you know EXACTLY what you’re getting.
