We were one of the first companies to wholeheartedly use eBay for the sales of cars and have developed over the past 6 years, to the stage we're at now with over many hundreds of satisfied customers. If you look past the numbers of feedback at the comments we trust you'll be able to gauge the level of satisfaction...

Accurate Descriptions

When a car arrives with us it receives a thorough series of checks after which we make a decision, if there are any issues with the car we either fix them or describe them in detail - those are the only options we give ourselves. Remember that the car you're buying will have been checked by us and accurately described - not something you get if you purchased in a normal 'trade' environment - we've effectively de-risked the purchase as you'll know exactly what you're getting. When you come to collect the car you'll get ample chance to check the car over and take it for a test drive to ensure that it meets the description - which it will as it's not in anyone's interest for us to mis-describe it.

Purchasing anything you've not seen is about trust - we've been trading for over five years on ebay, have achieved the highest levels of any motor trader and operate from extensive facilities with over 8,000 square feet undercover.

At Pioneer concentrate on selling individually selected, accurately described cars on a no-reserve auction basis so that we are able to offer great cars at prices significantly below those you'll find on a forecourt classified - and you get to choose the price!

A vehicle is a complex... honestly and accurately described with the benefit of many years of experience we're able to offer an opinion on the car.

We do only sell cars - and lots of them!, we don't organise finance, warranties, or take part exchanges or deliveries.

We clearly state what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. We're only a phone call or email away but have found that almost all of the questions asked of us can be answered from reading the full description or our Frequently Asked Questions Pages - that said.....we know we're always going to get the phone calls just to make sure we actually exist!

Pioneer Automotive Solutions Ltd are an Internet Based Limited Company located in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and all our feedback has been achieved through vehicle sales over the past three years.

Our primary goals are to operate with high morals, integrity and hopefully high standards. We have a multi-million pound turnover, solely in vehicle sales, and work very hard indeed to achieve this. We concentrate all our skills in sourcing, preparing and advertising our vehicles correctly so that our customers can purchase their desired vehicle at affordable and realistic prices.
